The concept of monitoring an employee's bathroom breaks is perhaps the biggest waste of management's time. There are probably a million things they could be doing to better improve working conditions in this toxic work environment that is a call center, but no! Here, they decided it was a good use of time to ensure that this Redditor's bathroom breaks never exceed six minutes.
So like any good revel, this guy got a doctor's note for longer bathroom breaks and now takes as much time as he wants, including some extra long mental health breaks labeled under bathroom time as well. What are they going to do about it? The alternative would be going to the bathroom at his desk, which is obviously less than ideal.
